Weekend prices are £30 - £40 pppn for a minimum stay of two nights and three nights over a Bank Holiday.

* prices are based on two people or more sharing a room.

All prices quoted are based on a two-night stay and are per person per night, to include full English breakfast. Children who share a room with two adults may be a lower rate, we discuss a price when you make your booking.

A supplement may be charged for a 1 night booking.

Reductions are available for stays of more than two nights in the low season.

Rooms are ready from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
You are requested to vacate you room by 10.30 on the day of departure.

All bookings require a deposit of the first night stay. This in non-refundable if you cancel but will be returned, less an administration fee of £15, if we can re-let the room(s).
