A short walk from Chapel Farm, towards the beach is Leadengate Close, a quiet cul de sac with no passing traffic. Mandalay has the advantage of being close to the beach and surf but only a five minute stroll to the heart of Croyde village. There is private parking for two cars, an enclosed lawned garden and outdoor seating. It has full double glazing and night storage heating, so that it can be used in all seasons.

This three bedroomed bungalow is surrounded by an enclosed, fenced, lawned garden, with parking for two cars on a gated driveway . The garden also has patio furniture. It is right next to the lane which takes you directly to the dunes and beach or straight to the centre of Croyde village.
