The following two properties are a short walk from Chapel Farm, in Leadengate Close. As it is a cul de sac, there is no passing traffic. They also have the great advantage of being very close to the surf and beach, as well as each having private parking, lawned gardens and outdoor seating. Both are fully double glazed, as well as having night storage heaters in all rooms, so they can be hired in all seasons. A short stroll takes you to the Croyde village centre, with its shops, pubs and restaurants.

Mandalay

Just across the street, this bungalow is surrounded by an enclosed, fenced, lawned garden, with parking for two cars on a gated driveway . The garden also has patio furniture. It is right next to the lane which takes you directly to the dunes and beach or straight to the centre of Croyde village.
