This en suite room faces out over St Helen's Priory and has great views over the Down.

It is a versatile room which can be converted to single, double or triple occupancy.

1709 Room :

So named because of the original builder's plate fixed to the wall, showing clearly when this part of Chapel Farm was completed by a local family.

With en suite facilities, it can provide single, double or triple occupancy.

Many of our guests are charmed by this room's irregularity, where curved beams are far more in evidence than straight lines, as well as being under the thatch.

This room has twin beds, which can be adapted to a double when needed. It has its own private bathroom.

The Hobbit Room :

Another delightfully cosy room, full of beams, under the thatch. This has a double bed and hand basin, as well as a private bathroom.

Overlooking Hobbs Hill, you can watch the passers by from its window.

All breakfasts are served in our wonderful dining room, with inglenook fireplace, original bread oven, panelled authentic décor and relaxed atmosphere. We are renowned for the quality and generosity of our breakfasts. We use the best fresh local produce, freshly cooked. Vegetarian options are always available.
